Anonymous Mode Limitations

  • Your conversations are temporary and session-based
  • Data will not be saved when you create an account
  • Some features may be restricted (e.g., document uploads, MLO consultations)
  • Session data expires after 30 days of inactivity

Account Registration and Data Separation

  • Anonymous session history will not be transferred to your account
  • Your account will start with a fresh profile for security reasons
  • This data separation policy protects all users on shared devices
  • You will need to re-provide any financial information for your new account

3. AI Service Capabilities & Limitations

Our AI can:

  • Display current market rates and rate estimates based on your inputs

  • Calculate affordability estimates with disclaimers

Our AI cannot:

  • Make loan recommendations or advise which product to choose
  • Provide final rate determinations (only licensed MLO can)
  • Make financial decisions on your behalf
